Certificates of Deposit require a $5,000.00 minimum deposit.
Certificate of Deposit interest will be paid semi-annually
There will be a three month penalty for early withdrawal.
The Credit Union Board of Directors will determine Certificate of Deposit rates.
LATE CHARGES ON ALL LOANS
effective 1 September 2011
There will be a fee of $15.00 added to any account that is PAST DUE 15 DAYS. Exception: (Effective October 1st, 2011) Open-end loans will have a 18 day grace period before assessing a late charge.
Any account that goes DELINQUENT 60 DAYS will be turned over for collection. You will be responsible for all costs of collecting the amount you owe under the Loan Agreement including court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
