We have had reports of someone calling members and telling them that they are qualified for a special promotion on their Visa Debit Cards.  They may ask you if your address and debit card number is still the same. You should never give out any personal information over the phone.  If this happens to you, please report the incident to us along with the phone number.

  If you feel that you are a victim of Identity Theft and that additional charges on your debit card may be fraudulently issued in your name, please report your situation to each of the following credit bureaus:
